Having grown up in Windsor, North-West of Sydney, Daniel moved to the Sunshine Coast eight years ago, attracted by the laid-back lifestyle and the easy nature of its people.
Professional, goal driven and committed to going the extra yard to help people succeed, he says he was drawn to Henzells Agency because of its family atmosphere and caring nature.
“I am so happy to be back with Henzells. I always felt that I had more to offer the world than spending my days flying state to state in the finance arena. I have always had a passion for real estate and it has been a great career to move into,’’ Daniel says.
“It’s an exciting time to be involved in the Sunshine Coast property scene. On the back of rising infrastructure spending, health industry growth, government jobs and lifestyle I’d have to say the market is certainly upbeat and growing.
“Capital growth is readily on the lips of most people on the Coast. Areas such as Meridan Plains, Golden Beach and Battery Hill are seeing growth over 10% over the last 12 months.
“Interstate investors and retirees are still seeing the Coast as an affordable place to buy and current owners are receiving above average selling prices,’’ he said.
Daniel’s best tip for buyers and sellers is to couple good private research with the expertise of a local property expert to ensure they are getting the complete picture, not just what the internet says.
