The duplex is generously laid out, with all living area on the upper level, connecting to the sun-drenched balcony which enjoys a north easterly neighbourhood vista to the ocean.

The upper level has lounge room with ceiling fans, kitchen, bathroom, master bedroom consisting of king bed and air con and a second bedroom providing 2 sets of bunk beds.

The lower level offers a second living and dining area, third bedroom and second bathroom, all of which combine to meet at the garden - you can even bring your family pooch! Please note side fencing is low lying and may not be suitable for all dogs. The owner has also now upgraded the lower part of the fence to make it more secure.
