Henzells Agency were delighted to pay tribute to our best achievers at our annual staff awards function this week.

It has been an outstanding 12 months for the entire Henzells Agency and Pelican Waters team marked by high commitment, passion and performance in a year of many challenges.

Our staff have risen to the occasion, going above and beyond in all facets of the business to drive one of our most successful years in recent times, highlighted by more than $240 million in sales, record permanent and holiday leasing activity and significant development milestones.

40 staff enjoyed the fine food and atmosphere of Harry's on Buderim on Wednesday evening as we thanked our hard working and highly talented team for their fabulous efforts.

Congratulations to Iain Simms who won Sales Agent of the Year (GCI) for the sixth consecutive year for his incredible results in the Golden Beach and Pelican Waters areas. Iain dominated the proceedings, also taking home awards for the most listings for the year (41) and highest VPA, as well as being the proud recipient of the coveted Henzells Agency Award.

Clare Thompson and Brittany McCurdy won Sales Team of the Year whilst other major awards went to Pelican Waters' Project Manager - Phil Tyrer (Joan Ford Award), Marketing Coordinator - Sarah Hendrick (Judy Henzell Award), Pelican Waters’ General Manager of Development - Hamish Pressland (Bevan Henzell Award) and Holiday Reservations Consultant - Suzanne Winkley (Quiet Achiever Award). 

Henzells Agency and Pelican Waters have the utmost admiration for the outstanding achievements of not only our 2021 winners, but our entire team over the past 12 months. From the sales team to our people in property management, holiday rentals, customer service and administration, it has been a first-class effort across the board.
