2023 brings a new addition to the Henzells Family. Welcome Linda Feltman

Henzells Agency has pulled off a pre-season coup for 2023, signing star Pelican Waters agent Linda Feltman.

Linda is one of the southern Sunshine Coast’s most experienced and successful agents, with more than 11 years specialising in Pelican Waters residential sales.

Her outstanding customer service, incredible work ethic and attention to detail has resulted in a number of record results for the region as well as recognition amongst the industry’s elite.

Linda was the first agent to break the $4 million barrier for Pelican Waters achieving it for two properties in the space of a year. In a bumper 2022, she achieved 68 sales at an average price of $1.3 million.

At her previous agency, Linda was rated one of the top 10 agents in Australasia, a regular top-10 finisher nationally, a top five Queensland agent and frequent number one agent locally. For six years in a row, she was awarded Agent of the Year for Pelican Waters by ratemyagent.com.au.
