Strong consumer confidence and the support of trusted management and leasing experts is driving one of the most positive periods for Sunshine Coast commercial property investors in recent times.
Commercial Manager, Paul Bell, reports that occupancy rates for Henzells’ managed stock is at an all-time high, approaching 100% across the board.
“All bar one building are 100% occupied with the Caloundra City Centre, which has approximately 40 tenancies, well into the 90% occupancy range,’’ Paul said.
Optimism is high across the substantial number of commercial properties managed by Henzells, not only in the Caloundra CBD and Kings Beach but in Noosaville and Buderim.
Henzells’ portfolio also stretches to a number industrial properties in Caloundra West, Moffat Beach and the new Bells Creek Industrial Park.
“I attribute the success to the emphasis we place on servicing our clients from both a property management and leasing perspective,’’ Paul said.
“We know our stock inside out and have outstanding relationships with our clients. The lines of communication are always open.
“A lot of our owners have spent a considerable amount of capital on their buildings in recent times in line with the Bulcock Beach revitalisation project. Communication between owners and property management is crucial during these times,’’ he said.
