Every Cloud has a Silver Lining

For every toilet paper profiteer and sanitizer stockpiler, there have been infinitely more acts of goodwill to warm the heart – from people supporting vulnerable neighbours to random donations of food and money to those in need, and the list goes on.
Families spending more time together, waiting our turn, constructively managing our downtime, and in some cases learning to make do with less – the habits we are relearning in these hard times should serve us well when things inevitably improve.
Just as people are learning valuable lessons about themselves in the current climate, so too are businesses.
Real estate done safely is an essential part of the local economy, affecting renters, investors, buyers and sellers.
At Henzells we are doing everything within our power to continue providing this important service, in strict adherence to industry and government protocols to ensure the safest conditions possible for all concerned.
We are staying nimble in an ever-changing environment, embracing new techniques and technologies. Our property managers can coordinate essential maintenance and repairs in line with correct social distancing measures.
Open homes and inspections can be done virtually or by private appointment, following the physical distancing rules and even auctions can be conducted online or over the phone if required.
Like all businesses, we want to emerge from this crisis in the strongest position possible, whilst at the same time treading softly and respecting the wishes and needs of our clients. On the bright side, it gives us the opportunity to recalibrate our business procedures to ensure that we are truly delivering what our customers require now and into the future.
With that in mind, your feedback is more important than ever as we navigate this challenging period together.
Finally, we would like to wish everybody a very happy Easter. Stay positive, stay connected, stay safe and keep taking care of each other!
