Last month we achieved a shade under $20 million in sales, attracted 42 new listings and drew nearly 240 potential buyers through the doors of our open homes.
Land was in hot demand with seven deposits taken for Pelican Waters exciting new release, while the commercial team kicked plenty of goals, achieving $1.8 million in properties under contract.
It was also a stellar month in property management with 508 rental enquiries, 124 tenant inspections and 18 quality new tenants placed in properties.
There was no rest for the holiday team either, taking 231 bookings for almost $200,000, while web traffic was particularly encouraging with our Henzells and Accom Caloundra pages drawing a combined 26,500 visits.
