Hailing from the beach towns of New South Wales’ Central Coast and now happily calling Caloundra home, experienced real estate agent Ty Brooks has found his niche.
Ty is a welcome addition to Henzells’ residential sales team, specialising in the popular growth area of Currimundi.
With a wealth of property knowledge and a friendly, untiring approach, Ty is committed to getting the best results for buyers and sellers alike.
He brings more than 18 years’ real estate sales experience to the family-owned agency, having previously worked for a large NSW property group where he listed and sold numerous properties including homes in the $2 million-plus range.
“I love the friendly welcoming people on the Sunshine Coast – it’s a great place to live,’’ Ty said.
“It might be considered a challenging market at the moment but it’s an excellent time to buy and there are some great opportunities out there.”
He said the “bread and butter” properties in the $400,000 to $550,000 range were moving particularly well, but there were also good buys across the full range of property types.
Ty’s advice for buyers is to thoroughly research their area so they can pounce when they know the price is right. He said current sellers were being realistic about market conditions, adjusting their prices accordingly and accepting fair offers to avoid missing out.
Outside of work he enjoys golf, walking, going to the gym and riding his Triumph motorcycle.
