We are very pleased to announce the appointment of experienced property, sales and business professional Hamish Bolderston to the position of sales manager at Henzells.
Hamish brings extensive skills and industry knowledge to the role having worked for a major local real estate agency for the past two and a half years, and holding senior management positions with various franchise, building and property related businesses in Queensland and New South Wales over a 20-year career.
He has also served as Sunshine Coast Regional Manager for the Chamber of Commerce & Industry Queensland working with local, state and federal representatives to develop and implement the CCIQ strategic plan.
As sales manager Hamish will oversee all day to day operations of Henzells residential sales business to grow opportunities for buyers and sellers, working closely with team members to ensure they get the support they need.
“It is such an exciting time to be working in Sunshine Coast real estate,’’ Hamish said.
“There are big changes ahead over the next five to 10 years through the development of the $2 billion Kawana Health Precinct and other major projects.
“Our aim will be developing the Henzells business so we can capitalise most effectively on the opportunities presented and have our people trained and equipped to have an impact.”
He said he is committed to helping Henzells build on its legacy as the region’s longest serving and most dominant independent, full service real estate agency with a proud 80 year history of giving back to the community.
“Although Henzells has been here for 80 years, we are not anchored in the past. We understand we can’t just rely on people coming to us because of our good name.
“My aim to help ensure we continue to grow the business by not just moving with the times, but becoming the pace-setters of the industry,’’ Hamish said.
Married with two young twin sons, Hamish enjoys an active lifestyle outside of work, volunteering with surf lifesaving and other groups.
