Happy Holidays From Our House To Yours

As a very memorable 2020 draws to a close, Henzells would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone happy holidays from our house to yours.

It has been a year of many challenges, and whilst no one can know for certain what lies ahead, there is a sense that we have ridden the storm together and are now capable of achieving anything as community.

Henzells have the utmost respect for their wonderful staff who have not only risen to the challenge, though gone beyond their call of duty and delivered outstanding results for the company and our valued clients.

Here’s a small snapshot of what we have achieved this year:

• Sales of more than $130.5 million.
• We leased a record 180 rental properties, processed in excess of 8,000 enquiries and hosted 500-plus inspections in a landmark year. With demand for property management services reaching an all-time high in 2020, we expanded our specialist team to ensure our high standards always remain.
• Domestic holidays boomed this year resulting in 2,300 bookings through our Accom Caloundra team, equating to 20,083 nights and overall takings of $2.114 million. Henzells responded to the COVID crisis to maximise visitation with our industry-leading deep cleaning and decluttering policy for holiday homes, and launching our own tourism campaign, Drive to Paradise. 
• Henzells grew its staff, employing 39 locals.
• Whilst some businesses, understandably, pared back their charity commitments, Henzells ramped up the community goodwill donating many thousands of dollars plus time, effort and in-kind support to worthy local causes.
