As one of the largest managers of holiday accommodation on Queensland's famous Sunshine Coast, we have noticed that demand for the classic Aussie beach escape is as strong as ever.
As a result, we've seen almost 100% occupancy rates over the festive and New Year periods, across our portfolio of Caloundra accommodation.
We are constantly looking for new and innovative ways to facilitate a simple and stress-free booking experience for holiday guests, while maximising outcomes for owners. We also want to ensure that visitors' expectations regarding their holiday accommodation are not only met, but exceeded.
It has become abundantly clear in the post COVID era that travellers are demanding higher standards in hygiene and cleanliness with their accommodation. The once ‘added extra’ of Wi-Fi has now become a compulsory inclusion, especially as a growing number of visitors are blending work and play.
At the start of the year, we set out to raise the bar in terms of what our visitors could expect by ushering in compulsory Wi-Fi and linen services across our Caloundra accommodation portfolio of holiday rentals.
We are happy to report that 98% of properties are now equipped with Wi-Fi and 100% now come with linen provided, which is a great credit to our property owners and of course the hard work of our amazing property management team. Thank you to Dan, Michele, Suze and Deb for your wonderful efforts!

Starting in 2023 we will be adding yet another leading booking company to our platform in booking.com who will be joining other online accommodation partners such as Staymaker, Stayz, Airbnb, HomeAway and pet-friendly accommodation specialists Holiday Paws.
With all that has been going on, we'd like to think that the results speak for themselves. Throughout 2022 we took almost 3,500 bookings for a total value of $3,633,872.62. There appears to be no sign of things slowing down with forward bookings for 2023/24 already at $1,966,000!
Our Sunshine Coast holiday properties are 100% full from December 23 until the end of January however for those looking for a last-minute getaway, we do have a handful of discounted stays available from December 9-23.
