2020 will be a huge year for Henzells Agency, where we celebrate our 85th anniversary so stay tuned for some exciting announcements around this milestone event. 

At Henzells we stayed active over Christmas, achieving positive sales and inquiry levels across all facets of the business.  Residential sales have been rock solid through November and December, where we have averaged around one sale per day.

Our holiday rental team is in the midst of its busiest period of the year, with near record numbers of visitors flocking to the Caloundra region to enjoy our famous sun, surf and laid-back charm.

We are looking forward to building on our strong Christmas momentum through January when, experience tells us, a new wave of buyers is ready to do business having made major lifestyle decisions during the festive period. So now is the time to list your property if you want results.
