Henzells Bolsters Sales Team in Caloundra West

Henzells has welcomed two new specialist agents concentrating on one of the southern Sunshine Coast’s most exciting growth areas.

Former flight attendant and experienced customer service professional Suzanne Winkley will team with ex defence force engineer Jayden Mobbs as sales consultants covering the booming precinct of Caloundra West.

Suzanne, originally from Lancashire in the UK, will specialise in the Bellvista area while Coast-raised Jayden will direct his attention to the Aura southern gateway.

“The opportunities are very exciting with the region developing so quickly, offering excellent infrastructure, quality schools and a great lifestyle,’’ said Suzanne, who loves the area so much she chose to buy her own home there with her partner.

Suzanne worked as a flight attendant for 13 years in the UK, developing exceptional communication and customer service skills. After falling in love with Australia on a caravanning adventure, she and her partner settled on the Sunshine Coast permanently in 2015.

She worked in various local hospitality roles prior to joining Henzells, attracted to the career after positive experiences buying her own property through the agency.

Backed by an extensive 25 year career in customer service and sales, Suzanne brings excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude and down to earth approach to her role at Henzells Agency where she is committed to making all clients feel welcome and at ease.

After finishing school, Jayden worked for a short time on construction sites before undertaking a five year stint as an army combat engineer based in Townsville, achieving the rank of Lance Corporal.

“I’m very used to being in a team environment and pride myself on being very disciplined and organised,’’ he said.

“I love the prospect of a career in property where the sky is the limit. The harder I work the more I will get out of it personally, and for my clients as well.

“Handling somebody’s greatest asset is a huge responsibility and incredibly rewarding,’’ he said.

Outside of work Jayden enjoys surfing, staying fit and going to the beach with his partner.
