Henzells is off to a flying start in 2020, negotiating 16 sales in the month of January with a combined value in excess of $10 million.
The sales have occurred across the full range of property types and price levels, from $240,000 for a one bedroom unit in Bulcock Street to $1.6 million for a luxury apartment in Kings Beach.
The results follow a bumper December, which netted 26 sales for approximately $17 million.
