Henzells named finalist in 2024 Sunshine Coast Business Awards

Henzells Agency has been named a finalist in the prestigious Sunshine Coast Business Awards, joining 130 other outstanding local businesses recognised for their contribution to the region.

Finalists were selected from a competitive field of 239 entries across 17 categories, marking a significant increase in new businesses participating this year. 

These long-running awards, established in 1995, aim to celebrate the positive economic, social, and environmental impact of small to medium enterprises on the Sunshine Coast community.

Sunshine Coast Business Awards Chair Jennifer Swaine said the event continues to grow.

“Each year the bar is raised in terms of entries and we continue to see businesses leverage their participation in the awards to promote and enhance their organisations which is fantastic to see.”

“Small business is the backbone of Queensland and here on the Sunshine Coast, we are home to a thriving and entrepreneurial business community,” Ms Swaine said.

For Henzells Agency, being shortlisted is an honour that aligns with the core values we have upheld as the Sunshine Coast’s longest-operating independent real estate agency, established in 1935.

Henzells has been a fixture at the awards in recent years, having being named a finalist 2022, winning the coveted "Best in Business Services" award in 2023 and now aiming to go back-to-back in the same category against a highly competitive field in 2024.

The finalists will now take part in interviews with the judging panel before the winners are revealed at a gala event on November 9.
