It has been an inspiring week at Henzells where we went to school with one of Australia’s best real estate coaches and honoured our own star performers at our annual awards night.
Training is such an important part of the Henzells success story. Our brand is built on results and exceptional service over more than 80 years in the local industry, thanks to our hard-working, friendly and specialised team equipped with up-to-the-minute industry training.
This week our staff attended a training session at Monaco Caloundra hosted by one of Australia’s most influential real estate trainers, coaches and leaders Tom Panos whose insights on achieving success in property were very engaging.
Henzells annual sales awards followed the session, where we honoured the very best in what has been an outstanding 12 months for our entire team, marked by commitment, passion and performance.
Andrew Douglas and Doug Wilson took home two awards each winning best residential sales team and best marketing, the award for best individual residential sales went to Iain Simms, best land sales was once again won by Jackie Dalton while Kyle Davies won the Bevan Henzell Award for outstanding achievement.
Our property management team was also recognised for their excellent efforts with Amy Feckner winning the Joan Ford Property Manager of the Year Award, Julie Garland claiming the Judy Henzell Award for going the extra mile and Danielle Smithson taking home the Henzell Agency Award for outstanding performance and positive attitude.
From the residential and commercial sales teams to our people in property management, holiday rentals and administration, the past 12 months has represented a first class effort right across the board.
