Henzells Strengthens Commercial Team

Henzells Agency is pleased to announce the appointment of highly-experienced commercial real estate professional, Graeme Halsey.

Graeme has an extensive background in commercial real estate, bringing more than 12 years selling and leasing experience with major Australian companies to the role.

With previous clients and transactions including government agencies, Queensland Rail, the medical sector and major retail operators such as publicly-listed companies Flight Centre Ltd and the Commonwealth Bank, he has a proven track record for getting results.

Originally from the Sunshine Coast, Graeme has spent the past five years with a major commercial agency in Cairns gaining invaluable knowledge particularly in the area of larger industrial development and hotel sites.

He also previously worked with a well-known commercial-specialist agency based at the northern end of the Sunshine Coast for an eight year period.

Graeme is passionate about commercial real estate and has built a successful career around the ability to listen to clients and match them with appropriate properties to suit their requirements.

“Working with Henzells based on the southern end of the southern end of the Sunshine Coast is the place to be for commercial property at present,” Mr Halsey said.

“The development growth between here and Brisbane in the years ahead presents very exciting opportunities in the commercial sector.

“The infill between Brisbane and the Gold Coast has become evident and we can expect a similar pattern from the Sunshine Coast down.

In his spare time Graeme is a keen sailor having competed in two Auckland to Mooloolaba Yacht races and has thousands of miles of blue water sailing under his belt.
