Holiday Demand Continues to Grow

As most of us grapple with the reality of being back to work and the start of a new school year, attention is already being focussed on that next holiday.

Easter is only just around the corner and our property management team is fielding huge levels of enquiry, with only a handful of holiday rentals still available.

Momentum continues to flow from one of the busiest and most successful Christmas holiday periods on record when thousands of visitors from throughout South East Queensland and interstate arrived to enjoy our beautiful beaches, warm sunshine and great hospitality.

Our holiday rental business, Accom Caloundra, achieved near record occupancy over the period with our 150-plus rental properties all snapped up well before the festive season arrived.

The Accom Caloundra team was run off its feet during the countdown to Christmas and even busier in the peak holiday time, tending to guests’ requests and ensuring all their needs were met.

It was rewarding to get so much positive feedback from our valued holidaymakers for the way we took care of them and we are delighted that so many people enjoyed a wonderful stay on the Sunshine Coast.

The Australia Day period picked up from where Christmas left off, and our doors stayed open for the first time ever on the public holiday to cope with demand.

If you’re already dreaming of your next holiday with us and you haven’t yet made plans, the advice would be to get in quickly because rooms for next Christmas are already filling up fast and only a select few opportunities remain for the coming Easter break.
