Henzells Agency is very pleased to announce the appointment of
Kate Bliss as Commercial Property Manager.
Kate will be responsible for managing our extensive portfolio of commercial properties, maintaining open communication and providing the highest standard of service to ensure a stress-free experience for owners and tenants alike.
Kate is a skilled and professional licensed real estate agent with broad experience across residential and commercial real estate, asset and property maintenance, contract and project management and stakeholder engagement.
She has a proven track record in managing large and diverse property portfolios working for leading businesses on the Sunshine Coast, in Sydney and internationally for over a decade.
Prior to joining Henzells, Kate worked as Commercial Property Manager for a local property management firm from 2017 to 2020, after relocating to the Sunshine Coast from Sydney.
Previous experience also includes sales associate for a boutique Sydney agency, property manager for a metropolitan Sydney property management company, and in property sales and property management for an apartment complex in Boracay, The Philippines, where she lived for over six years.
Kate has also held international teaching and lecturing roles with leading universities and schools and has gained multiple qualifications including a Bachelor of Arts, Postgraduate Diploma in Print Media, Master of Multimedia Design and Certificate IV in Property Services.
“I’ve always loved houses and buildings, and I fell into the development side of things while living overseas,’’ Kate said.
“I had been looking for an agency that had been around for a long time, that had a good reputation and strong presence in the local market and for me Henzells checked all the boxes.”
Henzells would like to acknowledge the wonderful contribution of outgoing commercial property manager
Robyn Sanders. We thank Robyn for her exceptional efforts and wish her great happiness and success in all future endeavours.
