33A Sunshine Crescent, Caloundra West:  This sale of a three-bedroom home was a street record and the highest price achieved for a duplex in Caloundra West this year.

45 Maleny Street, Landsborough: This vacant block of land in the historic railway town sold for $1.05 million in February, negotiated by Michael Fay and Kyle Davies.  

18 Perindi Chase, Currimundi:  The $1,250,000 sale price achieved by Chris Smith was a street record.

 

12 The Corso, Pelican Waters: After fielding multiple offers from local buyers, this Pelican Waters home sold for $1,360,000 – a street record for a three-bedroom property.  It was on the market for just four days, and attracted nearly 130 enquiries.

 

40 Coonowrin Street, Battery Hill: This property sold for $1,405,000 which was $100,000 more than the previous sale in November.

Henzells Agency continues to set the pace in Pelican Waters. 15/42 Pelican Waters Boulevard was the highest sale in the complex. Marketed by Linda Feltman, it was only on the market for three days, eventually selling to out-of-town buyers.

Meanwhile, 77 Marina View Drive sold for $2,400,000, setting a street record for a non-waterfront block. At the end of last year Linda sold 4 Sir Joseph Banks Drive, Pelican Waters for $2,600,000 which was a street record. The second highest sale was $1,900,000 which occurred in December 2021.
