Do you know the feeling? The one where you feel the need to do some exercise but you’re too busy and it’s difficult to drag yourself to the gym? Then you finally get there and you feel great, you’re ready to take on the world, and you wish you had done it sooner?
This was the overriding sensation our agents felt after the recent training session with Tom Panos, regarded as Australia and New Zealand’s number one real estate coach.
26 staff members attended the training day this week at the Caloundra Panther’s AFL club as part of Henzells’ ongoing commitment to keeping our staff up to date with the latest industry trends, sharpen up the basics and ensure our clients are always taken care of in the best way possible.
Some of the areas focused on included the importance of sourcing and providing the most current market information to clients, and always imparting real information rather than false hopes.
The session also dealt with the unique nature of conducting real estate business in the COVID-19 era, highlighting the importance of listening to people’s individual circumstances, and tailoring solutions for their specific needs. These are aspects of the business Henzells are already very in tune with, however it is always beneficial to hear reinforcement from industry leaders as well as learn new insights.
Having the largest agency with the most employees in the region is one thing, though having it gel together to perform is another. Henzells strives to achieve this balance by offering our staff the opportunity to prosper in a fun, caring workplace where careers are developed to be proud of for life.
Nurturing our staff with regular and ongoing training from the best in the business is one of the key ingredients. We don’t just have jobs at Henzells, we have long-term sustainable careers.
Founded in 1935, Henzells Agency is today an independent real estate corporation and one of the most respected companies on the Sunshine Coast. Roy Henzell Senior first established Henzells Agency.
