Lighting Specialist Switches to Real Estate

Henzells Agency is pleased to announce the appointment of Brad Judd to its residential sales team.

Originally from Melbourne, Brad has lived in the Caloundra region since 1993 where he is a life member of the local AFL club.

Coming from a successful career as a commercial lighting specialist spanning nearly 30 years, he has relished the switch to real estate where he gets to work in the area he loves and follow his long-held ambition to succeed in the industry.

Prior to joining Henzells, Brad worked on major electrical contracts for projects including the Sunshine Coast University Hospital, YOUI global head office, Gold Coast Casino and Brisbane Magistrates Court.

As a sales consultant specialising in the Pelican Waters area, Brad brings enormous passion and a commitment to the highest levels of personalised service to the position.

Coming from a strong sporting background he understands the importance of teamwork and communication in achieving the best possible outcomes.

A Kings Beach resident, Brad loves the southern Sunshine Coast’s relaxing atmosphere and beautiful beaches. He says working with a family-owned company was a huge incentive for joining Henzells.

Outside of work Brad remains heavily involved with the Caloundra AFL club where he played senior football and has held long-term junior and senior assistant coaching roles.
