Linda celebrated as one of Queensland’s best agents

Huge congratulations to our very own Linda Feltman for being named one of the top 50 real estate agents in Queensland.

Linda continues to grow her reputation as one of the best in the field, appearing in Real Estate Business’s recently published Top 50 Agents Qld ranking, which showcases the depth of talent in the real estate industry.

Now in its fourth year, the state-based ranking identifies agents who have recorded outstanding sales numbers and values in 2023 by building a strong presence in their local area and tailoring their services to suit vendors and buyers.

It is the second time Linda has made the list, also receiving the honour three years ago.

Linda said it was an honour to be once again named one of Queensland’s leading agents, however her motivation for success always came down to putting her client’s first.

“Clients are my number one priority – I am humbled by the wonderful people I meet day in, day out. We truly do live in a beautiful, and progressive community,’’ she said.

Linda was the first agent to break the $4 million barrier for Pelican Waters achieving it for two properties in the space of a year. In an amazing 2022, she achieved 68 sales at an average price of $1.3 million and late last year, achieved an incredible $13 million in sales in one month, cementing her status as one of Queensland’s star performers.

In addition to the recent REB recognition, Linda has been rated one of the top 10 agents in Australasia, a regular top-10 finisher nationally, a top five Queensland agent and frequent number one agent locally. For seven years in a row, Linda has been awarded Agent of the Year for Pelican Waters by ratemyagent.com.au.
