Louise Joins Commercial Team

Henzells Agency are delighted to announce the appointment of property management expert, Louise Tilden, to our commercial team.

Prior to joining Henzells, Louise worked for a leading Sunshine Coast commercial property management business and also enjoyed a successful career in hospitality management. 

Louise is accommodating, understanding, self-driven, positive and determined to go above and beyond to excel in her role of providing professional property management services to our broad mix of retail, commercial and industrial property clients.

Louise said it was an exciting time for industrial and commercial property at present, with the sector performing strongly across the southern Sunshine Coast.

A number of high-end strata titled projects are either in planning or underway in the Caloundra area, including the $95 million marquee lifestyle precinct between Bulcock Street and Omrah Avenue, which is is spreading confidence throughout the region. 

Caloundra is now well and truly on the radar for commercial clients, who had previously focused on the traditional coastal hotspots of Noosa and Mooloolaba.

“The industrial sector has taken off. There is a lot of optimism out there and locals seem very mindful of supporting each other,’’ she said.

Originally from the NSW Southern Highlands, Louise was drawn to the Sunshine Coast because of its relaxed lifestyle, friendly people and great vibes.

Outside of work she enjoys hiking, going to the beach and reading.
