Meet Taylor, our New Customer Service Expert

Henzells Agency is pleased to announce the appointment of Taylor Welsh to the position of Customer Service Officer.

Based in our Caloundra office, Taylor joins a dedicated team of customer service personnel providing a first of contact for our valued clients.

Having lived on the Sunshine Coast since 2004, she offers a keen understanding of the local property market, a passion for customer service and excellent interpersonal and communication skills to ensure the best outcomes for all parties.

Prior to joining Henzells, Taylor worked in property management for a local Sunshine Coast agency and in the hospitality industry.

“I’m so excited to be furthering my career in property with Henzells Agency – I love working in the real estate sector and creating long-term relationships with clients,’’ Taylor said.
