An experienced property administrator and long-time Caloundra resident, Kristi is pivotal to the success of Henzells Agency by ensuring our agents have everything they need to excel in their field.
Highly regarded for her efficiency and prioritising a busy workload, Kristi keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes assisting agents with listing documents, presentation kits, marketing content and contracts for our residential, rental and commercial teams.
Kristi’s love for all things real estate is evident in her work.
“I love to see what sellers are prepared to sell for and what buyers are prepared to pay for a property. I am always interested to find out why people are selling and where they are moving to next. The agents probably get sick of me asking them a million questions!” she said.
Kristi has drawn praise from her work colleagues for creating a calming presence in the office. She is greatly valued for her willingness to help others, proactive nature and always adhering to the highest levels of service.
A qualified business administrator and real estate licence holder, Kristi honed her craft with a central Sunshine Coast agency over a 10 plus year period.
“During my time with my previous employer I was fortunate to have many roles including receptionist, property manager, holiday letting manager and sales administrator. I loved that I got to learn all aspects of real estate and found my love for sales admin which I am now doing. This experience has really helped me in my role at Henzells,’’ she said.
Since being at Henzells Kristi has also learnt a lot about the commercial sector, land releases and development at Pelican Waters which she finds very interesting.
“I’m excited to see the highly anticipated Pelican Waters Marina take shape.”
A sweet tooth at heart, Kristi is a regular at Kerry’s Corner on Bulcock Street and is the go-to girl in the office when anyone is in need of a special treat to get them through the afternoon. Kristi also looks forward to the monthly morning teas in the office where there is an abundance of sweet and savoury goodies!
A local resident for 35-plus years, Kristi has fond memories of growing up in Caloundra. She recalls attending carnivals in the 80s that would take place on the sand at Happy Valley and the Ambulance Carnival at Kings Beach each Christmas. Kristi was surprised to see the Happy Valley spit make a stunning return after decades.
A busy mum of four, she loves nothing more than spending time with her family, camping and walking the many coastal tracks around Caloundra.
Kristi is also busily preparing for her wedding in a few weeks’ time.
