There is a welcomed hint of optimism in the air of late as restrictions are carefully peeled back and life slowly returns to normal.

We are taking things month by month at Henzells, however the outlook is very encouraging post-COVID, having survived what hopefully has been the worst of the pandemic with solid results in sales and rentals and with a holiday business that is rebounding strongly.

We are very proud of the way our teams have responded to the challenge when despite all the uncertainty, have continued to do their utmost to ensure the best possible service and standards have been maintained.

A shining example of this has been with our property management experts who have been at the front line of tenant/landlord liaison through a very testing time.  

While there are some horror stories circulating about other property managers showing little compassion during the lockdown period, we can safely say we greatly value the positive relationship we have fostered with our tenants when it has mattered the most.
