Recently we added a new booking partner to our platform – Staymaker – which drives business to our holiday letting pool direct from travel agents. Combined with other leading online booking companies such as Stayz, Airbnb, HomeAway, pet-friendly accommodation specialists Holiday Paws and our own Accom Caloundra, we are committed to reaching the widest audiences possible.
We also get that the internet isn’t for everyone. Nearly 30% of holiday bookings through our business are done the old school way over the phone, which is Henzells’ point of difference.
If people want a friendly chat, some advice or recommendations for their next holiday, and to perhaps save on booking fees, our phone lines are always open.
We love that our property owners are also taking positive action to maximise occupancy rates. We are constantly growing our offering of pet friendly accommodation, which is one of our most popular requests.
To meet customer expectations, we are ensuring that all accommodation will be fully inclusive of bed linen within the next 12 months whilst also ushering in compulsory Wi-Fi by June this year.
Wi-Fi has become such a normal part of daily life that guests no longer enquire whether a holiday home is equipped with it. To them, reliable unlimited Wi-Fi is a given.
