We have also expanded our virtual capabilities to cater for changing needs. For clients wanting market appraisals on a principal place of residence or investment property, we can arrange a 15 minute live video walk through of the property via Facetime or WhatsApp, and then email through a letter of appraisal along with comparable sales.
Another way we have adapted is by offering kerbside appraisals and auto evaluations, which can still provide a reasonably accurate price opinion under the current conditions.
