Welcome Back Debra!

We are very pleased to announce that popular local agent, Debra Hyde, is returning to the Henzells sales team.

Born and bred in Caloundra, few agents have the local-area expertise that Debra does.

Specialising in the beach side suburbs surrounding her home town of Dicky Beach, she brings a wealth of real estate knowledge and a warm, no-nonsense approach to the role.

Debra previously worked for the agency from 2012 to 2017, winning multiple awards including Most Consistent Performer.

Her connection with Henzells stretches back even further, having attended Caloundra State School with company co-director Roy Henzell’s sister Anne, and working in sales support in her early 20s for Roy’s father Bevan at the original Bulcock Street office.

Debra has also worked in administration and sales for a local boutique agency, as a receptionist in the holiday accommodation sector and in various office roles while travelling Australia and the world with her engineer husband and their two, now-adult, daughters.

Over the journey, she has lived in Scotland where she met her husband Kevin, Sydney and Gladstone before resettling in the town she loves nearly 20 years ago.

“I think the property outlook for the Caloundra region is very encouraging,’’ Debra said.

“Areas like Dicky Beach and the other beachside suburbs are in high demand. Once people move there, they don’t want to leave.”

Debra has the proven track record, honesty and passion to help anyone succeed with their property goals.
