Former soccer coach John Boyle is on a winning run, notching a host of sales in Caloundra and the surrounding beach areas.
His recent results include 16 Coonowrin Street Battery Hill, 2/36 Osprey Street Caloundra, 91 Taylor Avenue Golden Beach; 6 Jeffreys Court Moffat Beach and 2/8 Nicholls Street Caloundra -highlighting consistently strong sales across the board for Henzells Agency this winter.
Even better news, according to John, is that the market looks set to improve slightly and he is encouraging anybody thinking of selling to get their properties listed sooner rather than later.
“I feel the market is changing every week and getting stronger as we get closer to spring,” he said.
“I believe it would benefit sellers to get their homes on the market as soon as possible. As we get into September, you would expect a greater number of properties on the market, giving buyers a much better chance of purchasing at a more reasonable price.
“At the moment the buyers are still competing for houses, and enquiries have gone up, which is a benefit to the sellers.
“The last couple of months have been challenging for the seller, but I see a change for the better in the coming months,’’ he said.
Originally from the Scottish town of Clydebank, John started his working life as a chef before successfully turning his hand to real estate seven years ago.
An active member of the local community and former senior soccer coach, he has developed a strong network of clients due to his down to earth approach and excellent local knowledge.
A genuine people person, John has built his real estate career around listening to clients and demonstrating empathy when needed.
Working closely with buyers and sellers to deliver successful outcomes and build lasting friendships is what motivates him every day. His advice to sellers is to trust their local agent and make their property as presentable as possible. Investing in professional photography is always a good idea
