Part of one of the most successful sales duos in Sunshine Coast real estate, Clare Thompson is motivated by the joy that comes with helping people with the biggest financial decision of their lives and building lasting relationships with clients.
Since joining forces with fellow Henzells agent Brittany McCurdy in 2018, the pair have sold more than 190 local properties at a sales volume in excess of $120 million, drawing glowing testimonials from buyers and sellers alike.
Currently specialising in the Caloundra and Kings Beach markets, Clare’s success is built on the solid foundations of trust, communication, impeccable service and outstanding industry knowledge. A vital member of the Henzells team since 2017, she has claimed multiple awards including Rookie of the Year, four-times RateMyAgent Agent of the Year, and Sales Team of the Year in 2020 and 2021.
Prior to joining Henzells, Clare was a hairdresser for 17 years including 10 years as owner-operator of a successful salon in Bundaberg. She later worked in construction on Curtis Island and as a stay-at-home mum before moving to the Sunshine Coast in 2015.
Clare is the master of multi-tasking, her days bookended by school runs for daughter Maddison and always making family the top priority. Work usually starts with a team debrief session with Brittany, then following up business with sellers and buyers and keeping abreast of the latest developments within community and local property market.
In her spare time, Clare enjoys spending time with Maddison, partner Adam and their two British Bulldogs Frank and Bruce. She is an active participant in local community events and loves escaping in the caravan with the family whenever possible, with the coastal town of Woodgate being a favourite holiday destination.
Clare is also an accomplished cook and experienced home renovator.
