Iain is very knowledgeable about the state of the real estate market and treats the property he sells as if it is as important as his own home. He has such sage advice around whether to auction or not and I felt I got a great price for my property, given the current state of the market. Was really impressed with Chris - even though the property was not officially listed, Chris was able to sell the property for a very good price and from start to finish it took only four weeks.

I found both Clare and Brittany to be both highly attentive agents, almost as if I were their only customer, although I know that was not the case. Both returned all phone calls and emails the same day. Both were honest about some minor changes that I needed to make in my unit to attract buyers quickly, and their advice worked like a charm.
