Henzells Agency is very pleased to announce the appointment of local real estate expert, Katie Mocker to the position of Customer Services Officer.
Based at Henzells’ Currimundi office, Katie is responsible for providing the first point of contact and ongoing assistance for our valued clients, as well as supporting the busy sales team in one of Sunshine Coast property’s most exciting growth areas.
Offering years of experience in property and sales management, Katie combines a strong knowledge of the local market with excellent communication skills to ensure optimal results for all parties.
Katie prides herself on her ability to listen to clients’ individual needs and keep them fully informed every step of the way. She has a passion for customer service which reflects in her knowledgeable, caring and hands on approach.
A long-time resident of Kawana Forest, she dedicated to resolving issues in a quick and efficient manner and always strives to exceed customers’ expectations.
“I have had an interest in real estate since I was young,’’ Katie said.
“I loved renovating my own house and take a lot of pride in looking after my property which made me very interested in property management and taking care of my clients.”
Drawn to Henzells because of its long local history and friendly, family environment, Katie says good communication and being highly motivated are the essential traits in being a successful property professional.
Outside of work Katie enjoys cruising with her husband in their 1955 Packard, attending drag races and restoring antique furniture.
