The Kawana hospital precinct and a strong pipeline of other major employment-generating projects across the Sunshine Coast have delivered a healthy dose of confidence for the region, transforming it into one of Queensland’s most exciting residential and investment hotspots.

Described by Sunshine Coast Mayor Mark Jamieson as a “game changer” for the region, it has been estimated that the precinct will provide around 12,000 ongoing jobs and contribute $828 million to the annual economy on completion in 2021.
Hundreds of new families have started arriving in the area to take advantage of the jobs boom created by construction and the ongoing provision of services, further driving up demand for residential homes, rental and investment properties.
