The stage is set for another exciting Caloundra Music Festival in September, driving excellent holiday bookings for the southern Sunshine Coast region.
Henzells’ holiday business, Accom Caloundra, is expected to be at full capacity for the September break as people arrive in their droves for the sun, surf and sounds.
Henzells Agency is a big supporter of creating even greater incentives for people to visit our area, working closely with local business and tourism groups to maximise benefits from our strong events program.
The Caloundra Music Festival – being held this year from September 28 to October 1 – is certainly one of the calendar highlights.
The forward booking trend for the musical and cultural showpiece is always very strong with people from throughout South East Queensland and interstate getting in early so they don’t miss out. Many guests simply lock in their spot for the following year on checking out, such is the appeal.
For four days, beautiful Kings Beach and surrounds will come alive to the sounds of a diverse line-up of entertainment featuring the best of the Australian music industry as well as incredible international artists.
This not for profit family-friendly community event celebrates the environment, cultural achievements and community pride of the Caloundra area.
With another great line-up in store including Birds of Tokyo, Cheap Fakes, Eskimo Joe, John Butler Trio, Seth Sentry, Sneaky Sound System, the Living End, Screaming Jets, Temper Trap, Tim Finn and many more, this year’s show is shaping as one to rememember.
The festival continues to go from strength to strength, firmly establishing itself as one of the Sunshine Coast’s premium events.
As well as being great entertainment, it is a huge windfall for local businesses and one which traditionally sets us up for the busy summer period ahead.
