The role of Operations Manager is pivotal to the continuing success of our business . As Operations Manager, Katherine’s core responsibility is to enhance Henzells’ operational procedures and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes and enhanced management.
A master of multi-tasking, in looking after the back end of the business, Katherine loves that every day has a different challenge.
Coming from ten years in the building industry, Katherine also strongly believes in the importance of Customer Service and attention to detail in everything she does. Katherine plays an important and strategic role in helping to drive the business forward and bring about new initiatives and innovations that help improve the customer service experience for all.
In 2009, Katherine was awarded the Bevan Henzell Award for exceptional service to Henzells Agency.
In 2017, Katherine was delighted to be the recipient of the inaugural Henzells Agency Award.
