Contract

Purchasers are encouraged to sign a contract outlining their offer to purchase your property. This document outlines the price, terms and conditions and all relevant dates, and should be checked by your solicitor.

Settlement

We will arrange with your solicitor for all monies to be paid into an account of your choice and keys to be delivered to the new owners once we have been notified in writing that settlement has occurred.
